DIS IC View

The DIS IC View allows IC Key Contacts to view current information and appointment histories for Visiting Program (VP) participants. The IC View also displays real-time updates for all pending cases received at the DIS, and for those cases completed within the last 30 days. If you are a Key Contact who would like to have access to the IC View, please have your Lead Administrative Officer send a request for your access to your DIS team (A or B).
